I am a seasoned Reward and Benefits Consultant, with a deep as well as broad understanding of reward concepts. In addition to managing the Reward and Benefit Function, including Payroll and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), at several organisations, I have been a Medical Aid Principal Officer and Trustee, Retirement Fund Trustee, Reward Committee Member and Reward Lead on numerous Committees.
I matriculated from Westerford High School and went to the University of Cape Town where I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Accounting.
am married with one son and… three cats. My passions include working with data / personal information management software, design and photography.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office suite and have worked with numerous HRIS programs, such as Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.
Reward is an ever evolving, exciting field. My goal is to continue to learn and adapt, and to make a positive difference in this field.
